January 2025: Space Partners Support

Land & Sea Surveying identified all detectable utilities using our Pinpoint GPR and RD8100/RD8200

February 2025: Sebastian Main St. Boat Ramp

Land & Sea Surveying completed a topographic and hydrographic survey for the City of Sebastian in support of their dredging project.

March 2025: Boundary  

Land & Sea completed a residential boundary survey.

April 2025: CDE Cocoa Beach Dune Crossover

Land & Sea Surveying completed as asbuilt showing contours, all above ground improvements, boundary, and vegetation around the area.

May 2025: Pipeline Inspection

Land & Sea Surveying competed a bathymetric survey utilizing a single-beam hydrographic system with a 200 kHz transducer.

June 2025: Brevard County Bridge 704203

Land & Sea Surveying completed a right of way survey which included topo shots and all above ground improvements

July 2025: Culvert Pipe Inspection 

Land & Sea Surveying produced a video inspection using a Gen-Eye POD inspection camera with a 150 ft push rod. 

August 2025: Space Partner Support 

Land & Sea Survey completed a topographic and underground utility survey that provided DTM modeling and vertical clearance measurements for launch support equipment transport. 

August-September 2025: Berth Monitoring

Land & Sea Surveying worked with Port Canaveral to map the floor in support of the dredging efforts throughout it. 

September 2025: Boundry Survey

Land & Sea Surveying completed a residental boundary survey.

October 2025: Port Boundary 

Land & Sea Surveying established a proposed groundwater use protection restrictive covenant boundary across multiple properties owned by different entities laid out over our drone aerial. 

November 2025: Boundary and Riparian Rights Survey

Land & Sea Surveying preformed a boundary survey which included identifying a safe upland line along the Indian River, riparian rights line for the property, overwater structures and seawall.

December 2025: Melbourne Beach Library

Land & Sea Surveying surveyed the area around the retention wall to support in its replacement. This included surveying all above-ground improvements, underground utilities, and elevations within 10 ft of the existing wall.
